Technical conditions

The modern infrastructure and technical conditions of the cold store allow comprehensive service of contractors in the scope of the services provided

Storage

  • two storage compartments with a capacity of 7,400 pallets (80×120) – one compartment is used and the other is at the stage of equipping and launching,
  • storage temperature -25ºC,
  • vertical storage on the SCHAFER mobile racks,
  • Number of levels 5+1,
  • max. height of a pallet with the product 2.2 m,
  • max. weight of a pallet with the product 1,000 kg,
  • type of possible carriers: 80×120 – (EURO, H1, national pallet) and 100×120 -(industrial pallet),
  • loading of the level in one row of the rack: 4 pieces of 80×120 pallets, 3 pieces of 100×120 pallets,
  • in justified cases, it is possible to change the layout of cross bars of the rack shelves.

Freezing

  • two blast freezing compartments with a total capacity of 100 t (2 compartments with a loading capacity of 50 tons on freezing racks),
  • Freezing temperature -35ºC.

Picking

  • independent, separate and chilled rooms for the performance of additional services.

Receipt and dispatch of goods

  • possibility of simultaneous loading at 5 loading stations,
  • possibility of manual loading of refrigerated containers, without carriers,
  • loading docks covered in loading facilities,
  • manoeuvring area of the expedition hall of 1,150 m2,
  • driveway to loading docks – perpendicular,
  • separate parking terminal for waiting vehicles, available 24 hours a day,
  • vehicle scale on site,
  • separate waiting room for drivers with access to an independent kitchen and sanitary unit with a shower,
  • possibility of direct export shipments together with the preparation of export documentation and the veterinary clearance and certificate.
