Storage system

The storage system used by the Cold Store is an extended IT tool ensuring precise recording of all data of the deposited goods, quick access to stock levels in real time and circulation of goods in accordance with the expectations of their depositors.

• It is compatible with ERP, WMS and SAP systems,
• it allows contractors to inspect the stock level of their own products in real time,
• it allows contractors to issue notices on deliveries and acceptances on their own,
• it manages the flow of a given batch of the product – traceability,
• it allows the rotation of stock levels according to the FEFO, FIFO principle, or the selection of a specific pallet number,
• it manages the logistics of the use of the pallet space, the even distribution of the rack loading and all services provided within the offer,
• it allows the integration with most storage systems used by contractors and the installation of access plugs,
• it allows the current preparation of reports and summaries of the quantity and scope of the services provided,
• it allows the ongoing creation and notification of documents of the safety and quality management systems.
